The Clearwater Historical Society consistently puts forth its various efforts in the conservation, research and use of the area's past. The Pinellas County African American History Museum dramatically underscores the contributions of the African American culture through the use of various exhibits that present artifacts and other items of interest. The museum also regularly schedules various unique events throughout the year that further highlight the African American experience.
