Although the Taft Museum of Art is housed in the Taft’s former villa, this house museum contains an extensive collection of paintings, porcelains, sculptures, decorative arts, furniture and much more in its spacious rooms. Another major player in Cincy’s cultural scene is the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, or CSO. The fifth oldest orchestra in the US, the CSO is well known throughout the world for its recordings and tours.
